Negativity is frowned upon and not tolerated in our gym. We come to work. If your goal is to workout on machines and not be bothered, then we may not be the place for you. However, if you want to glean encouragement from like-minded individuals, then you can call this your home.

Strength Endurance:
Not for time! Take this at low intensity and maintain a steady heart rate that allows you to chat with a friend. Feel free to substitute with another machine (or run) but keep this zone 2. You'll get in some upper back pulling work with the gorilla rows and core work with the toes to rings.
